The interior and exterior were lavishly adorned with a stucco decoration brand clearly Rococo, created by Aniello Prezioso design by Francesco Attanasio in 1742.<\/p><p>The access doors to the apartments are topped sovraporte stucco, with a central medallion with portrait busts. At the end of the eighteenth century the building underwent a renovation that expanded the facility by adding another floor. On the threshold of the nineteenth century, the family was forced to sell the apartments on the first and second floor. The new owner Thomas Atienza, said &#8216;the Spanish&#8217; from which the naming of the building, did make the room frescoes, now almost entirely lost.
